  11. I.   Elibility for Upgrades

  13.      To purchase an upgrade, we require a serial number for the
  14.      product(s) currently owned.  The eligibility requirements
  15.      for the specific products are as follows:

  66.   -  Each upgrade includes upgrade documentation and diskette.
  67.   -  Purchasers of Quarterdeck $10 compatibility update disks
  68.      after June 1, 1991 receive a $10 discount off the price of
  69.      the upgrade.  Proof of purchase (invoice #) required.
  70.   -  Purchasers of new Quarterdeck products or upgrades (not
  71.      compatibility updates) after August 2, 1991 are eligible for
  72.      a free upgrade.  Proof of purchase is required.
  73.   -  Upgrade Offer expires December 31, 1991.

  190.      load programs high.  This is valuable for network users who
  191.      load TSRs from public batch files on the network.
  192.   -  Optimize now lets users view, browse and play with the list
  193.      of device drivers and TSRs that the program has relocated to
  194.      high-memory--allowing users to perform "What-if?" analyses
  195.      with their memory configuration.
